Goods sold are not refundable unless otherwise stated. Refund/Exchange is only allowed if there is/are:
- No Stock.
- Mistake in order on our side.
- Tears/Cuts upon the day of collection
- Visible stains upon the day of collection
Participation in any of the Pre-orders indicates acceptance of the following Terms & Conditions:
- All items we suggest are 100% authentic. We will never offer fake items.
- For normal pre-orders, a 50% deposit is required. preferably via funds transfer. Please keep the receipt for future reference until we have confirmed the funds has been transferred.
- Priorities will be given to those who have made deposit, on a first come first serve basis.
- No cancellation of order(s) or refund of payment(s) once transaction is made.
- Due to limited stocks and hot items, orders placed does not mean i can definitely get the item you desire. Stock availability will be dependent on supplier.
- If an EXTREMELY RARE event when your ordered stocks are not received by us, a full refund of the deposit will be given.
- If poor response gathered or should any problems arise with supplier, We reserve the rights to cancel or close the pre-order. Refunds will be made accordingly.
- I am not liable for any lost/damage of item(s) during transit.
- Goods sold are non refundable in any circumstances. Exchange is only possible depending on the products condition, up to our discretion. *refer to exchange policy
- We reserves the rights to reject any weird/low ball buyers.
- Any form of coercion felt when purchasing/ordering from us is purely due to buyer's imagination.
